I got this TV the day it came out from Target. Perfect for watching Amazon's Video On Demand in my bedroom. I hooked up some good speakers to it because I already had them and they worked great with the TV. I think I will buy the same exact type of TV (Razor LED Vizio with Internet) only bigger for the downstairs when they come out with the same thing in a larger TV. This Tv is so light that I almosted started to laugh and think of it as a giant I Pad with no touch screen. This one is a keeper. Bright, clear, very easy to hook up to the internet, it's perfection! A WOW. By Diler
Bought this for a bedroom tv. Easy to set up. Includes wireless N band internet connectivity. Picture is awesome, but the sound is just OK.
This TV has Widgets that you can add to access various online accounts like Yahoo, Netflix, Pandora, plus more. There is a huge choice of these widgets. You can get your TV program listings even without a cable box. By F. Almond
This tv is a must have if you don't have a tv or need a new one. The Vizio brand makes excellent quality televisions and the added internet apps feature is the reason I purchased this model. I don't have cable tv but I do have the internet and I have been able to watch just about anything I want via my netflix instant que account. I also think Amazon offers the very best competitive prices and fast shipping. I love this tv and I love Amazon.co. By Lady Carol

We have been waiting years for just the right tv. I bought this sony googletv to replace my 20" sony tube tv (yep you heard me right 20") that I bought 14 years ago and was still going strong. So I dont have much to compare with as far as picture quality or sound or internet. I was blown away by the picture (when I finally got it hooked up) and the sound is nothing short of amazing when hooked up through my receiver.

We have had this set for about two weeks and love almost everything
about it. It is very hi tech and has an endless amout of features. By Gus
This TV is a good start to merging internet video and live television. I enjoy watching netflix and youtube without going through another gadget. Updating facebook from my tv is fun too although I haven't figured out how to upload photos through it yet or if it's even possible.
It does have limitations however. I can't watch Hulu and several other video sources that I'd like to watch. By M. Larson

Customer Reviews
I purchased this Samsung ultra slim wall mount for my new Samsung UN55B8000 55" LED TV. I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive about mounting a $3K TV using such minimal hardware, but the materials and construction of the mounting system is very high quality. The ultra slim wall mount takes full advantage of the TV's thin (1.2") design and only adds a half inch when installed. Therefore, the total depth from the wall is less than 2". Awesome! If you're going to wall mount the 6000, 7000, or 8000 series LED TVs, this is the way to go. By Kalibr
We used this to mount our 55" Samsung LED TV. Samsung's engineers created a really simple and slick way to mount a thin TV to the wall. The hard part was to be sure we had studs or another strong mounting surface. It took minutes to put the mounts on the wall, put the device on the TV and put it up. By Nina Forsyth Thompson
This product is the best addition to my purchase other then the TV(37" Samsung) it self. It makes the TV look liken a photo on the wall. Everyone who visits love the way it hangs and most of all the Wife is very pleased with the way it looks that old saying if "Mama is happy everybody is happy". By Warhammer

We have had this tv for 2 months and it just doesn't seem like it could possibly be any better. The colors are so true and there is so much depth that it actually seems 3D at times. When you play a Blu Ray the colors pop even more and you really feel like you are part of the picture or scene. I have done a double take at times because it appears so life like! We love this tv and are so happy when we get a chance to relax and watch it (not often enough!). By Island girl
The TV is simply awesome. The contrast ratio is amazing. Shortly after installing this TV, I helped setup a similar Samsung non-LED model (LN46C630). The difference in contrast ratio was very noticeable to my now trained eye.
I used the Samsung WMN1000B kit
to mount it on the wall and it was simple to follow the instructions to mount it. The quality of the parts in the kit was top-notch including everything that was needed except for the 1/2" drill bit that I had to purchase to drill through the wallboard and metal stud. It is so slim to the wall that a neighboring framed painting actually sticks out more from the wall than this TV. By Windows Lover

Like so many others I did several weeks of checking all the high end name brands online and at many of the big box stores. At the start I never even looked at the LG line of LED/LCD TV's. After visiting one particular store, that happened to have this model, I was quite surprised at the picture quality and the features. My wife and I are exceedingly pleased about this TV purchase and have been urging our friends who are thinking of a new TV not to dismiss LG. By Robb
What a marvelous TV! I love it! The High Definition is unbelievable. The colors just pop out and are so vivid. You see colors that you never noticed before on a conventional TV. The internet and netcast are awesome and easy to set up. The sound is fine and more than adequate for TV speakers with lots of volume, it goes to a scale of 100 and I usually set mine around 10. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. By Steven Atkinson
LG is a reputable company that makes good quality products. I was comparing this 42LE5400 to Samsung's LED TV and had a hard time deciding which to buy. After a few days of researching, I found this LG has more to offer than Samsung at the same price. Video and audio quality is superb and comparable to Samsung's LED. This 42LE5400 is highly recommended. By DizyDazz

I have owned this TV for about a month and just love it. The colors are very clear and vibrant and the speaker sound is great all by itself. Since we owned a surround sound system with our other TV. I did hook it up to that and it is even more awesome. There are plenty of connections to play everything I have. I think if anyone purchases this set, they will be happy with it. By gforce2
The Panasonic TC-L42U25 is a great buy for us. It is easy to set up and, after adjusting, has a great picture and good sound. It is a great size for our viewing area. It is easy to access Netflix and an occasional Amazon movie.
Viewing pictures from our camera is very easy. So far, there isn't anything that we are disappointed in. By opinions
We are extremely happy with this TV. Picture quality is great and we have no issues with viewing angle (one of our concerns going in with an LCD). We also feel the size is perfect: not too big, but plenty big to capture effect of movies and sports. Consumer reports ranked this TV very high and I see why.
We also like the "Versalink" system which allows us to control our Panasonic Blu Ray player using the TV remote pointed at the TV. THis is a plus for us because we have our Blu Ray player in a cabinet in the back of the room. By Buckeye

The picture is AWESOME and the sound is great actually, sure it's not a surround system, but for anyone that downgrades the sound quality when compared to a surround system is just comparing apples to bananas. The sound is great, the touch sensors on the front right are just COOL! The basic menu items like power, volume, channel, etc are all hidden on the front of the panel but are touch sensitive areas that light up when the TV is on (the power one lights up if you want it to when it is off) really are a cool touch. Sure I won't used them a lot, but they are a really high-end feature on an affordable TV. By Pyroboy
I am so happy with this product that I am now looking seriously at the LG Blu-ray surround sound systems that (should) easily interact with the T.V. remote. I hope that I will be able to reduce the number of remotes that are needed to operate all my viewing desires. I would appreciate any comments with info/experience on this subject. I also have enjoyed NOT needing the LG support team so far. Because of this I (happily) cannot report accurately on this subject. All in all the "LG5400" has the best value that any product has to offer anywhere close to this price point! I would NOT hesitate to purchase this product again......EVER.

Although having this unit for only a week it is already apparent that we purchased a high quality TV. Picture is so real and colors so life like and vivid it is remarkable. My wife who is not a videophile has been just blown away with the picture and sound. Good choice for even the most demanding video people. Thanks Amazo. By D. Ostrander
